Reflections
|
One of my favorite things is to have students complete reflections on their own learning. I have students write written reflections almost every class day and on other activities, such as after exams, commenting on their learning and also work products. This is a great opportunity to incorporate vocabulary and give students an alternate method to express proficiency in a topic.
See more examples of this in "Appendix F What Are Exam Wrappers and How Can We Use Them?" of How Learning Works. Preview the book on Amazon now if you don't have a copy with you.
